THOMAS FARM ACRES UPDATE!

RWS is excited to share the most current updates about
our newest development in North Huntingdon, Thomas Farm Acres!

Some of you may have recently noticed, RWS has started to move equipment behind the Kerber’s Dairy and into the area that will be Thomas Farm Acres. In today’s challenging environment, everything seems to take a little longer in getting materials, supplies, and answers. We have finally received the permits needed to start the sewer lines but because of the delays in getting the other permits, we will only be able to install some of the infrastructure before the winter months. Roads and the major dirt movement will not start until the Spring of 2022.

Our goal of having lots ready by Spring will need pushed back a couple months. We now anticipate having lot development completed and for sale by June or July of 2022. Spring weather will be the key factor since we will need dry dirt for compaction. As stated in the first update, Thomas Farm Acres will feature 61 lots and has generated a great deal of interest.

Having 61 lots available, we do know the average lot price will be $100,000. There will be one cul-da-sac. Lot sizes will vary from a quarter of an acre to almost a full acre. 

The development’s entrance will be located behind the store off of Guffey Road. We hope to be able to share a site map in the next few months.
