There is something new and exciting is happening at Cedar Creek Estates…
ONE LEVEL LIVING VILLAS COMING!
Although, we don’t have much information to pass along right now, we would like to share what we do know:
We plan to start building the Villa’s at Cedar Creek in November of 2023.
There will be 46 total buildings with 2 cul-de-sac streets.
There will be 2 units per building, so only one shared wall for each family.
All villas will include full basements except for the garage.
There will be no Homeowner Association Fees.
